A local startup in Long Island, New York wants to create a “digital island.”
What does that mean?
Well, it means that the company’s products are all free and will be available to all.
The startup, called Seo, has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise $25,000 for the project, which it says is meant to help it expand the business into a fully-fledged digital marketplace for all things digital.
The project has already raised $15,000.
To make the island more appealing to the wider internet community, Seo will use blockchain technology to create an online community of developers who will be able to make a set of custom applications for the island.
The applications will then be shared among all users of the island, as well as the Seo platform itself.
The platform will also allow the developers to use the platform to build a “virtual island” where they can host and monetize their services.
The goal of Seo is to provide a virtual island that anyone can use.
This virtual island will be a place where all of the applications and services are free, and where developers can monetize by charging a fee.
It’s a move away from traditional “big data” and toward a much more decentralized approach to the creation of digital content and services.
The Seo project is just the latest example of a local, independent startup hoping to get outside investors to fund its efforts.
The island has been built over a year, and the startup is currently looking for funding.
