China is set to sell the $300-million SeoSeo tool to a seo maker to help expand the seo industry and make it competitive with rival firms, a Chinese company said on Tuesday.
Seo Seos tool, which combines seo and tools, was developed by the Shanghai-based Seo-Soft Group and will be sold by SeoSoft International Ltd., a unit of Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd.
in Hong Kong, the company said in a statement.
The company said it plans to open a factory in Shanghai to produce SeoSego products.
Alibaba has yet to respond to Reuters’ requests for comment.
China has been one of the world’s top suppliers of seo tools, a high-tech device used in some industries to control and manage water, fire and other conditions in buildings.
The tool has been used in factories to automate work and make workers more productive.
The industry, however, has struggled to expand since the global financial crisis, and the Chinese government has made it a priority to curb pollution and reduce waste in its capital.
SeoTool is also a key tool for controlling the water and fire at factories and the use of toxic chemicals, and has been the subject of multiple government probes.
